What is the B3 GROUP? 

B3 GROUP is a partnership initiative that stems from the desire to offer our clients full service and follow them in all phases of project preparation and implementation, in a number of different sectors. At the same time, we have made our services more accessible, since in terms of office location we cover ​​Central Croatia and Slavonia and Baranja, even though our clients are located throughout the country.

The B3 GROUP is comprised of VALLIS CONSULTING Ltd and ERKON Ltd, companies that have extensive experience in project preparation and implementation, preparation of economic and technical documentation, preparation of project applications, drafting of strategic documents and analyses, with our services being equally focused on individuals and legal entities, public and private sector.

A Master of Architecture and Urbanism and a University Specialist in Eco-engineering, she gained her professional experience working in both the private and the public sector. During 12 years since acquiring her Master’s Degree, she has worked on the preparation and implementation of EU funded projects, providing advisory services to the non-profit and public sector, evaluating international projects in the mobility sector, preparing (pre) investment studies with the cost-benefit analysis, on project administration and management, analyzes and preparation of strategic documents in the urban mobility sector, development of trainings and online seminars, etc. The projects and activities in which she participates are related to various EU programs and initiatives: URBACT, CIVINET, Interreg Danube, Urban Innovative Actions ( UIA), LIFE, Interreg CE, Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), Horizon 2020, etc. The specific areas of her interest include urban mobility, in which she is most active, but also the interdisciplinary fields of integrated urban development, cultural heritage, tourism and education. Is certified by IPMA.

A Master of Economy, born in 1977 in Slavonski Brod. Out of a total of 20 years of work experience, more than 10 is dedicated to the work related to EU funds and various consulting activities for small and medium-sized enterprises. After gaining considerable experience working on the preparation and implementation of projects funded by EU pre-accession funds, as an employee of local self-government units and development agencies, in 2013 he founded Vallis and began to provide services on the market as an independent consultant. In 2016 he founded the company Vallis consulting Ltd. In addition to the consulting tasks related to the development, application and implementation of projects funded by ESI funds, for clients from the public and private sectors, he has several years of teaching experience, and is currently an external associate lecturer at the Moneo College in Slavonski Brod, implementing verified training programmes for project design and implementation. He is also an expert in strategic planning, as well as for the feasibility study and CBA preparation.

PREPARATION OF PROJECT APPLICATIONS FOR GRANT FINANCING

Our team prepares project applications for the public and private sectors, covering the areas of cultural heritage, tourism, entrepreneurial support institutions, rural regional development, manufacturing and processing sectors, urban mobility, innovation and research, environmental protection, urban space improvement and social services. Depending on your needs and the chosen source of funding, we mediate in the gathering of domestic and international partnerships for the purpose of project application and implementation.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT, REGARDLESS OF THE FINANCING SOURCE

We have extensive experience in project administration, coordination and financial monitoring, which enables us to successfully work on projects of varying complexity and partner structure. Our priorities are to achieve project results and objectives while maximizing the use of grants.

ANALYSES AND PREPARATION OF STRATEGIES

We prepare analyzes, strategies and business plans for clients from both the public and the private sector, with the mobility and tourism being our areas of expertise when it comes to strategic planning at the local and regional level. To the entrepreneurs we offer a development of business strategies and development plans. Our approach is based on the high level of the analysis quality, which results in viable and realistic strategies, with clearly defined goals.

EDUCATION AND TRAININGS

According to your needs, we are able to offer tailor made trainings and seminars in the fields of strategic planning, project preparation and implementation, and project cycle management. In addition, we are also able to prepare trainings related to the specific projects and topics in fields of our expertise.

PREPARATION OF THE ECONOMIC AND TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

We prepare investment studies for private and public sector investments, which include feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyzes (CBAs). We are especially specialized in projects involving infrastructural investments, where we can offer a complete service package: investment studies development and technical documentation (design) development in building construction.

SUPERVISION AND MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS PROJECTS

In addition to developing documentation for projects involving construction works, we also offer expert supervision over the implementation of works and construction project management, which is the responsibility of authorized and certified engineers from our internal and collaborative team.

OTHER SERVICES

During the project implementation, there may be a need to carry out various supporting activities, which most often include the design of promotional materials and websites, the preparation of the marketing plan, the conduct of surveys and market research, the organization of events and one-day seminars etc..
