We’re presenting RIS ECOMOVE at the Green Transition Conference!
This Friday, October 10, the first edition of the Green Transition 2025–2030 Conference will take place in Krapina, at the Poduzetnički centar Krapinsko-zagorske županije.
The aim of the conference is to present trends that will help Croatian entrepreneurs transition to a green economy and adopt sustainable business practices. We saw this event as a great opportunity to present the RIS ECOMOVE project and raise awareness about sustainable corporate mobility.
Our presentation, titled “The Green Transition of Corporate Mobility,” will highlight the key offerings of the project and explain how corporate fleet electrification and green travel plans can serve as powerful tools for city decarbonisation, while also contributing to more sustainable business operations.
The RIS ECOMOVE project aims to accelerate the transition toward sustainable, low-carbon corporate mobility across Europe’s Regional Innovation Scheme (RIS) countries. The project supports companies and public institutions in adopting greener travel strategies, introducing electric vehicles, and implementing data-driven mobility management solutions.
At its core, RIS ECOMOVE promotes a comprehensive approach to mobility transformation by:
- Encouraging the electrification of corporate fleets and shared mobility systems,
- Supporting the development of corporate sustainable travel plans,
- Providing training, assessment tools, and expert consultancy to help organisations measure and reduce their mobility-related emissions,
- Fostering collaboration among municipalities, universities, and businesses to implement mobility innovations that align with European Green Deal objectives.
Through these activities, the project aims not only to reduce greenhouse gas emissions but also to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of participating organisations. By demonstrating that environmental responsibility and business efficiency can go hand in hand, RIS ECOMOVE serves as a practical model for sustainable transformation in the corporate sector.
