Women for Impact: Apply now!
Women for Impact is a dynamic educational program designed as a part of the She Creates Change project, to empower women to become active drivers of change in their local communities. It brings together participants from diverse backgrounds and creates a space where they can explore their potential, develop practical skills, and turn ideas into concrete action.
At its core, Women for Impact focuses on building confidence and competencies. The program supports women in recognizing their leadership abilities, strengthening their voice, and acquiring the tools needed to initiate and sustain positive change. It is based on the idea that many valuable initiatives already exist within individuals and communities—they simply need to be recognized, developed, and put into action.
Ultimately, Women for Impact is a platform for growth, connection, and action!

Who can apply?
Applications are open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- Female
- Aged 20 or older
- Citizens of Croatia, Slovenia, or Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Have registered residence in Croatia, Slovenia, or Bosnia and Herzegovina
- Hold student status or are employed with a higher education qualification
- Have advanced proficiency in the Croatian language.
Programme
During 2026, two three-week program cycles will be held. Each participant may attend only one cycle, selected during the application process:
- First cycle: September 14 – October 4 (includes a five-day stay in Lovran)
- Second cycle: October 5 – October 25 (includes a five-day stay in Tuheljske Toplice).
The programme will be implemented in Croatian language.
